Rental Terms & Conditions
- Deposit: ₹1,000 for bike rental ₹5,000 for car rental
- Kilometer Limit: Specified limit per rental period.
- Toll Tax & Fuel: Charges to be borne by the renter.
- Extra charges for additional kilometers.
Terms & Conditions – Saiveer Tours & Travels
1. General Terms
- Vehicles must be used only for legal and authorized purposes.
- The renter/customer is responsible for the safety and proper use of the vehicle during the rental period.
- Any damage caused due to careless driving, negligence, or traffic rule violations will be charged to the customer.
- Customers must carry a valid driving license and required identification documents while using self-drive vehicles.
- Saiveer Tours & Travels reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if terms are violated.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Smoking and alcohol consumption inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Cleaning or penalty charges may apply.
- Overspeeding and rash driving are not allowed. Traffic fines or penalties will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Unauthorized drivers are not permitted to drive rented self-drive vehicles.
- Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or commercial transportation without permission.
3. Fuel & Vehicle Condition
- Self-drive vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup.
- Customers are responsible for any punctures, damages, or breakdowns caused by negligence.
- Any technical issue must be reported immediately to Saiveer Tours & Travels.
4. Payment & Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit may be required for self-drive rentals.
- Full or partial payment may be required before trip confirmation.
- Additional charges such as damages, late returns, tolls, or traffic fines will be charged separately if applicable.
5. Liability & Insurance
- All vehicles are insured as per company policy..
- Customers will be responsible for damages not covered under insurance.
- In case of an accident, customers must inform Saiveer Tours & Travels and local authorities immediately.
6. Late Return & Extension Policy
- Late returns without prior notice may result in additional charges.
- Rental extensions depend on vehicle availability and must be informed in advance.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Booking cancellations should be informed before the scheduled pickup time.
- Refund policies may vary depending on the type of booking and timing of cancellation.
